BABAKAN RESIDENCE · UPDATED 22 SEPTEMBER 2026

Privacy notice.

Your enquiry is a private conversation with the Babakan Residence project team.

Information you share

When you enquire, we receive your name, email, optional WhatsApp number, villa interest and message. We use these details to answer your request and continue the project conversation. Please do not include identity documents, bank details or other sensitive documents in the enquiry form.

Who handles an enquiry

The project team uses the DALLEAU office at hello@dalleau.ai to handle enquiries. Website hosting, email delivery and technical service providers may process information as needed to operate the service. The hosting provider is O2switch and the enquiry email provider is Brevo. Contact us at the email above for questions about your information.

Keeping your request

Enquiry details may be kept in a private server record and in the project team's mailbox so that requests can be received, answered and followed up. Access is restricted to the people and service providers involved. We keep information for as long as needed for the enquiry, an ongoing project relationship or applicable record-keeping requirements. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing us.

Website operation

Technical information, including request times and IP addresses, may be processed for security, delivery and abuse prevention. The enquiry form creates a temporary request identifier to prevent duplicate submissions. It does not place your name or message in browser storage. This version does not include advertising trackers or an email-marketing subscription.

Audience measurement

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage and page performance. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or browser storage to measure visits. Enquiry messages and contact details are not sent through our analytics integration. About Cloudflare Web Analytics.

External services

WhatsApp, Google Maps and DALLEAU open only when you follow their links. Those services operate under their own privacy terms. Architectural images and fonts are served from this website.

Your choice

You can enquire directly by email instead of using the form. Submitting an enquiry is not consent to receive a newsletter. To discuss your data or withdraw permission for further project contact, email hello@dalleau.ai.
